What DMS Does

As managing agent, DMS is focused on residents’ concerns and interests. Duties include the following: 

Repairs and Maintenance
  • Major Works
  • Arrangement of Fire Risk Assessment, Health and Safety and Asbestos Survey with management plan
  • Sourcing approved contractors
  • Reactive maintenance of the common parts
Accounting Services
  • Collection of service charge and ground rent
  • Preparation of service charge budgets and planned maintenance programme
  • Payment of invoices in accordance with client’s instructions
  • Credit Control
General Admin
  • Regular meetings and communication
  • Companies House mandatory requirements
  • Pre & Post Sale Enquiry’s
  • Insurance-related matters including quotation and placement of policie(s)
